ParticleSystem BurstSpread mode is not spreading particles evenly
To reproduce:
1. Create new project.
2. Create new Particle System.
3. Set its Emission 'rate over time' to 50.
4. In Shape module, set Mode to Burst Spread.
Actual result: particles are not spread.
Expected result: particles would be spread over the shape.
Reproducible: 5.6.0f2, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b4
Note: It was added only in 5.6.0f2 (spin 2)
