ParticleSystem appears in a different place than it should be
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project 'ParticleChanges.zip' and open in Unity.
2) Open scene 'TestScene'.
3) Press Play. Notice that particle system appears in wrong position.(see attached image 'wrong.png').
