Particles sub-emmiter does not follow the parent emitter's rotation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Scenes/meeeh” Scene
3. Rotate the “GameObject” GameObject in any direction on Z axis
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Observe the “subemitter” GameObject in the Game View
Expected result: The sub-emitter particles are spawning following the parent’s rotation
Actual result: The sub-emitter particles ignore parent’s rotation
Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
