Particles start shaking when noise setting is activated
To reproduce:
1.Open users attached project
2.Select "Particle System" from the hierarchy
3.Simulate the "Particle System"
Expected result: particles act normal when generated with noise
Actual result: particles start to shake randomly
Reproduced on: 5.5.2p2 5.6.0f1 2017.1.0b1
