Particles' position update speed depends on its Simulation Speed
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Play the "ParticleError" scene
3. Observe the console
Expected result: The particles' position is constantly updated
Actual result: The particles' position is updated at certain intervals
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b2
