Particles with large lifetime are not being removed from array when remainingLifetime <= 0 is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (Repro.zip)
2. Make sure Start Lifetime isn't set to Infinity
3. Enter Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.22f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a7
Actual results: Particles disappear only visually, yet still stay in the array
Expected results: all Particles to be removed upon collision hit
