Particles flicker when using GPU Instancing
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Go to the Game view and press the Play button
Expected result: Particles are not flickering
Actual result: Particles are flickering
Reproducible with: 2020.3.23f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.22f1
