Particles do not spawn at correct transform.position
To reproduce:
- Open attached project and launch "repro" scene
- Select the Main Camera and observe that the Lag Count is set to "200"
- Select all "SpawningObject"s in Hierarchy View
- Hit Play
- Change to Scene View
- Move the position of the particle systems
- Observe that the particles spawn at a different position that the transform.position gizmo
