Particles are spawned with incorrect sizes when calling from LateUpdate
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Enter 'repro' scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Both particles systems should look the same when entering play mode because of the same parameters
Actual result: When entering play mode, particles system that is called from LateUpdate is spawned with wrong parameters
Regression first introduced in: 2017.1.0b1
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0a5, 2018.1.0b12, 2017.4.0f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.2.2p2, 2017.1.3p2
Not reproducible with: 5.6.5f1
