Particle trail from the Trails module deforms and twists when the GameObject holding it stutters in place with high velocity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "particletwist.zip"
2. Open Scenes/SampleScene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Trail left by the Circle
Expected result: The Trail keeps its shape all the way
Actual result: The Trail deforms and twists after the Collision
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a5
Note: The Scene can be reloaded by pressing the "Space" key
