[Android][Mali]Particle System loses its color and rotation properties when Mesh GPU instancing is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached to project "ParticleInstancing.zip"
2. Switch to Android
3. Build it to Android
Expected results: A red rotating particle system is rendered
Actual results: A white non-rotating particle system is rendered
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.3f1
