Particle system with custom Mesh culls objects incorrectly when the Meshes should be partly visible
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene
3. Press Play
4. Press Toggle particle system's meshes
Expected result: Parts of the particle become visible in the top side of the Screen
Actual result: Particles are being culled and cannot be seen
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a16
