Particle system under canvas disappears sometimes when camera is moving
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Open "Scene" scene
3. Hit play
4. Move camera using WSAD
Expected result: Particle system should never disappear (flicker) while moving camera
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.2p2, 2017.2.0a4
Regression since: 2017.2.0b1
