Particle System trail becomes longer after time progression
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's the attached project
2. Select Game View and start the Game
3. Press "A"
Expected results: Particle System trail stays the same length after time progression
Actual results: Particle System trail becomes longer after time progression
Reproduced in: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a11
