[Particle System] The text in 'Particle System' component is too small when using the Editor in 100% display scaling
How to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Create a Particle System, in Hierarchy window right-click -> Effects -> Particle System
3. In the Hierarchy window select the new Particle System
4. In Inspector window, observe "Particle System" component
Expected result: the text in the component is readable / as large as other texts in the Editor
Actual result: the text is small / looks blurry
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a3, 2019.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.4.12f1, 2018.3.0b5, 2019.1.0a2
