[Particle System] The default-particle material is not assigned to the newly created Particle System
Regression from Version 5.4.5p1 (3a377daef261)
Steps:
1. Create a new Particle System
2. Take a look into Scene view
==>
The material is not assigned (you will see the pink squares)
