Particle System stay still when parent transform moves having animator attached in world simulation space
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (VfxBug-Repro.zip)
2. Load scene: Test
3. Press play.
4. Inspect particles in game view.
Expected result: Particle system emission center should follow the sphere.
Actual result: It stays in the same position
Notes: Only in simulation space world, local works. Also happens with newly created animator and empty animation.
