Particle System prefab does not play after entering Play mode while it's source is not visible
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Notice that the Particle System doesn't start simulating
4. Focus the Scene View
5. Notice that the Particle System starts simulating
Expected Result: Particle System starts simulating on Entering Play mode
Actual Result: Particle System doesn't start simulating until the source of the Particle System is in view of the Scene/Game view
