Particle System moves slower in Play mode when Particle System Force Field component is attached
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open the scene "Scene" and select the "Particle System" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Click "Play" in the Particles panel and observe the Particle System's rotation speed
4. Enter Play mode and observe the Particle System's rotation speed
Expected result: The Particle System rotates at the same speed when in and out of Play mode
Actual result: The Particle System rotates at a slower speed when in Play mode
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1
