Particle System mesh UV coordinates change when mesh's geometry layout is changed on import
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Geom_Layout_Particles.zip)
2. Open the Main scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select the 'Particles' GameObject
5. In the Inspector window click 'Import with UV16' button on 'Reimport' script and wait a few seconds
Expected result: UV coordinates remain the same for static cube mesh and particle system meshes
Actual result: UV coordinates remain the same for static cube mesh, but not for the particle system meshes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.0a6(VertexAttributeDescriptor not implemented)
Note:
With earlier versions of Unity, the static cube mesh does not have the correct material, but the particle system meshes do and still change UV coordinates after reimporting
