Particle System mesh mode for shape not showing material index when using single material when inspector is at minimum width
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Add particle system to scene
3. In inspector, go to Shape and select "Mesh"
4. Tick "Single Material"
Notice that no numeric field appears, even though the manual states that "If enabled, a numeric field is shown allowing you to specify the material index number."
