Particle System materials do not have transparency applied when loaded from an Asset Bundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (AssetBundleIssue.zip)
2. Open and Play the 'ParticleAssetBundleScene' to see the expected result
3. Select Build > Build Asset Bundle
4. After the bundle is built open and Play the 'LoadAssetBundle' Scene
Expected result: the Particle System's materials have transparency applied
Actual result: the Particle System's materials do not have transparency applied
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.0a7
