Particle System Emit does not update the direction when the particle system is parented to a game object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Click the left mouse button to shoot a particle
4. Rotate the camera
5. Click the left mouse button again
6. Notice that the direction does not change
Expected result: the direction of the particle system should update when the particles are shot
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0b4, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.2.0b1
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.1.2p1, 5.6.4f1
Regression since: 2017.2.0b1
