Particle System animation changes when it has been running for a prolonged period
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ParticleTest” Project
2. In the Project Window select “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. In the top menu select File > Build And Run and observe the Player
Expected result: The Particle System, around the object in the middle, does not change over time
Actual result: The Particle System, around the object in the middle, changes after a prolonged period of time
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a8
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.2.1
Note: For reproduction to occur faster perform these steps:
1. In the Hierarchy Window select Main Camera > TimeChanger GameObject
2. In the Inspector Window, under the “Time Changer (Script)” Component, change the “Time Scale” property to 10000
