Part of the screen not displayed when auto-rotated
When device is rotated few times between landscape and portrait positions, part of the screen becomes cropped/black.

I see it in first time of the rotation on various devices.

I'm seeing this on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with Android 4.2.2
