Parent gameobject's and child gameobject's positions are not synced after reconnecting when both have Network Identity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Build it
3. Open 3 instances of the game
4. Host the game with one of them
5. Connect to host with one of the instances
6. Focus the host instance
7. Press Enter to move the blocks
8. Connect with the third instance
9. Observe not lined up cubes - video in last edit
Expected result: both instances are synced.
Actual result: bottom cube location is different after connecting or reconnecting
