Panning to sides causes the Camera clipping a GameObject in Scene view when the scene is viewed from the top and is in Orthographic projection mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new GameObject
3. Set the camera to Orthographic (isometric) projection mode
4. View the Scene in top view
5. Focus on the GameObject (press F on the keyboard)
6. Pan the Scene view (with the Middle Mouse Button) for a few seconds until the GameObject starts to disappear
7. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Camera does not clip the GameObject
Actual result: The Camera starts clipping the GameObject
Reproducible with 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- The GameObject will reappear if zoomed out and will disappear again if zoomed to the point where it last disappeared
- The bug is best seen when Sphere GameObject is used to repro the problem
- To yield faster results, place the GameObject at location (0,0,0) or zoom in on the GameObject
