PanelRenderer UIReloadCallback is called twice when entering playmode
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new PanelRenderer component
- Add a MonoBehaviour script that regisers the UIReloadCallback in OnEnable
- Hit play
Actual results: The UIReloadCallback is triggered twice
Expected results: The UIReloadCallback is triggered once
