Painting on a Tilemap erases random tile when an empty tile was selected in the Tilemap Palette
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-124569_ReportTilemap.zip" project
2. Open the "Test" scene
3. Select the "Grid" GameObject in the Hierarchy and click Open Tile Palette
4. In the Tile Palette, click on an empty tile (anywhere except the white tile)
5. Try to click anywhere on the Tilemap in Scene View
Expected result: No changes are made to the Tilemap, since an empty tile was selected from the palette
Actual result: Regardless of where it was clicked on the Grid, one seemingly random tile on the Tilemap gets erased, while the one that was clicked isn’t changed
Reproducible with: 4.1.0 (6000.0.62f1) 5.0.1 (6000.2.13f1) 6.0.1 (6000.3.0f1) 7.0.0 (6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not Reproducible on: No other environments tested
