Painting across neighboring Terrain Tiles is broken when off-grid Tile exists. This bug prevents users from having different Terrain groups in different grid offsets, sizes, and heights and then prevents them from painting across Terrain Tiles, a very important functionality that was introduced in one of the most recent additions to trunk.
