[Pacman UI] Bottom bar disappears if the description for the package is larger than the Package window scale
To reproduce:
- Start a new project
- Open Pacman
- navigate to the HDRP package
- try to shrink the window from the bottom handle
- notice the button that allows you to import the package disappears
