[Packman] Package version is overlapping with Package Manager Menu while scrolling the packages list
Scrolling the expanded Packages list causes the Package version to overlap with the Package Manager Menu (Install Packages, Packages, and Sort drop-down) inside the Package Manager window, refer to the attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Package Manager > Enable Pre-release Packages checkbox
3. Window > Package Manager > Packages: Unity Registry
4. Expand the Release candidate package dropdown
5. Scroll the list downwards direction
Actual Result:
The package version is overlapping with the Package Manager Tools Menu
Expected Result:
Package version should not overlap with Package Manager Tools Menu

Environment:
