Package installed (by dependency) icon is not clearly visible in Light mode
h5. Description
If a package is installed by dependency and the editor is in Light theme mode, in Package Manager, the green checkmark indicating the package is installed is not clearly visible. It was [fixed once in the past|https://jira.unity3d.com/browse/PAX-1852] but we missed the case of packages installed by dependency.
h5. Steps to reproduce:
# Project Manager window > In Project
# Select a package installed in current project as a dependency of another package
# Switch editor theme to Light mode
h5. Expected result
The status icon should be visible and in light and in dark modes.

An icon isn't visible if the user uses a light mode. Added s screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
