[PackMan] Custom package suffixes (other than preview) are not shown in the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1262982.zip' project
2. Open the Package Manager
3. Inspect the installed version of '! Packman Buggy SemVer' package
Expected result: 1.0.4-rc.5
Actual result: 1.0.4
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b7, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0a6, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a9, 2020.2.0a18
