Packman: "Clear Filters" button is active in "My Asset" section even there are no selected filters
Steps to reproduce:
- Open or create a project
- Go to "Window" ->"Package Manager"
- Go to the "My Assets" section
- If you don't have any assets please download some
- Observe the "Clear Filters" section
Expected result: "Clear Filters" button should be displayed as not active while filter/filters are not selected. As it is implemented in other sections.
Actual result: "Clear Filters" button is active. Users can click it but nothing happens. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23.
