Packages folder icon only changes in the Two-Column layout when toggling Hide Packages button
To reproduce:
1. Switch Project View to the One-Column View
2. Press the Toggle hidden packages visibility button (eye icon)
3. Notice that the Packages folder icon is not changed
4. Switch to the Two-Column layout
5. Toggle the Packages visibility again and notice that the Packages folder icon has changed
Expected result: Packages folder icon changes on both Column layouts
Actual result: Packages folder icon only changes in the Two-Column layout
Reproduced with: 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
Not reproduced with 2017.4, 2018.4, 2019.1 because the Toggle hidden packages visibility button was not yet implemented
