[PackageManager] Exception thrown continuously "Panel.PaintSubTree" while loading the PackageManager
Exceptions are thrown continuously "Panel.PaintSubTree" until the Package Manager is loaded
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open new or an existing project.
2. Go to Windows -> Click on PackageManager
Reproducible on:
2018.2.0a4
Not Occurring on:
2018.2.a3, 2018.2.a2, 2018.2.a1, 2018.1.0b11, 2017.3.0f3.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows7, Windows10 and MAC (10.12 and 10.13).
StackTrace : Panel.PaintSubTree - Rotated clip-spaces are only supported by the VisualElement.ClippingOptions.ClipAndCacheContents mode. First offending Panel:'loadingSpinnerContainer'.
