Regression
No
Package names and version are cut off and the column cannot be resized when the Package Manager window has low width
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “PMWindowIssue” project
2. In the Package Manager window at the bottom left of the Editor, observe that some package names and versions are cut off
3. Try to resize the column with the packages' names and versions
Expected result: The column can be resized if there is space
Actual result: The column cannot be resized
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Couldn't test with: 2022.3.60f1 (The column does not get so small that the names and versions are cut off)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
