Package name is not displayed in its description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the Toolbar select "Window > Package Manager"
3. Select any Package in the list and observe the details on the right-hand side
Expected result: The full package name is shown in the details window
Actual result: The full package name is not shown.
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a9, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.2.0a8, 2022.1.0a11, 2022.2.0a15
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
