Package Manager/In Project filter: Refresh list does not update timestamp
Reproduction steps:
1. Go to Package Manager and choose the "In Project" view.
2. Hit Refresh button at the bottom of the list view.
Expected Result:
The displayed timestamp should update to the current time.
Actual Result:
The timestamp that is displayed has not changed.
Environment:
Discovered in 2019.3.12f1

Hi, I already have been done this & now my https://filterspoint.com/ site is also attached which is quite according to guidlines of mesh filter.
