[Package Manager] Search works based on name rather than displayName
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Unity project
- Go to Package Manager (Window>Package Manager)
- Select the Unity Registry as source
- Enter "com" or "uni" into the search
- Observe that the displayed package list doesn't change
Expected result: packages are filtered based on display names
Actual result: packages are filtered by name (com.someorg.name)
Reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a23

- Texture2D hash changes inside of an AssetBundle when rebuilding a SpriteAtlas bundle with an empty AssetPostprocessor Script enabled
- Aniso Level still applies when Generate MipMap is disabled in Texture Import Settings
- Mipmap Limit Groups long names are not truncated when creating a new Mipmap Limit Group with a long name

Resolution Note:
It works as expected. For instance, searching for 'Core RP Library' by typing 'Library' in the search box does return the required package based on package display name.
