[Package Manager] Package Description text for assets under "My assets" is clipping when it viewed in shrunk format
Package Description text under My Assets is clipping for assets that have a long Description. refer attached video.
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Window > Package Manager
3. Select My Assets from Packages dropdown
4. Select any asset that has long package description
Actual Result:
Package Description text is clipped
Expected Result:
Package Description text is visible even in shrunk mode.

2020.1.0a18, 2020.1.0a17, 2019.3.0f5, 2019.3.0f4
Working with:
2020.1.0a16, 2019.3.0f3
Environment :
Windows 10 Only.
