[Package Manager] Dependencies text is clipped for packages
Dependencies text under Package Description is clipped for all the packages
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Window > Package Manager
3. Advanced > Show Dependencies
4. Select any package
Actual Result:
Dependencies text is clipped
Expected Result:
The description should be fully shown
Environment tested on:
Windows 10, Mac 10.14
