"[Package Manager] com.ptc.vuforia.engine is deprecated: This package is no longer supported on this editor version" Warning appears when Vuforia Engine Package is Imported
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Download Vuforia Engine Package from the Unity Asset Store (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/packs/vuforia-engine-163598)
3. Import Vuforia Engine Package in the created project
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors appear
Actual result: There is a warning saying that com.ptc.vuforia.engine is deprecated
Reproducible in: 2023.1.0a5, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.1.0a4
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- The issue is related to this bug: https://jira.unity3d.com/browse/PAX-2976 except reproduction steps are different
- Package is not marked as deprecated in the Package Manager
