[Package Manager][2D] Package versions are inconsistent in 2D Template
Package versions are inconsistent in 2D Template in 2D Animation and 2D SpriteShape
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in 2D Template
2. Open Package Manager
3. Select Packages > Unity Registery
4. Check installed version of 2D Animation and 2D SpriteShape packages
Expected Result:
The updated version of the package is installed
Actual Result:
2D Animation > 5.0.3 is installed and 5.0.4 is recommended
2D SpriteShape 5.1.0
Reproducible in: 2021.1.0f1, 2021.1.0a1
Working fine in: 2020.2.7f1
Environment: Mac 10.15 and Windows 10
