OwnedObjects for LocalClients always shows 0

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "piraty.zip"
2. In the Clones Manager window click "Create new clone" and select "Open in New Editor" after the clone loads
3. In both Editors Open Scene "Dev" and enter Play Mode
4. In Game View In one Editor select "Host" and "Client" in the other
5. In the Editor with which the "Client" was selected observe Game View

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.6 (2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a8)
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.31f1 (No Package for this stream)

Expected result: Client Editor Game View shows that there are 1 of "Owned Objects", the same as with the Host Editor
Actual result: Client Editor Game View shows that there are 0 of "Owned Objects"
