OVROverlay stops rendering Overlays for each element after 9
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project;
2. Open "Loading" scene;
3. Enter Play mode;
-Notice that "Picture_3" is missing;
4. Exit Play mode;
5. Select Game Object "Load" and set Overlay List Size to 9 (or less) or Skybox Overlay to none in the Inspector;
6. Enter Play mode;
-Notice that all of the quad-type OVROverlay are rendered correctly (from "Picture_0" to "Picture_8").
Expected result: all of the quad-type Overlays are rendered correctly.
Actual result: OVROverlay stops rendering Overlays for each element after 9.
Reproduced on versions: 5.5.1p4, 5.5.3f1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0a5.
