OVROverlay position is not fixed when Game view is deatached from main window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "overlayVR.7z"
2. Open scene "aaa"
3. Makes sure VR mode is on in Player settings
4. Detach Game view window from the main window
5. Play scene
Actual result: OVROverlay is moving in world space instead of being attached to the view of the HMD
Expected result: It is fixed in place (just like when the Game view window is attached to the main window)
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.5p4, 5.4.0b22, 5.5.0a1
Oculus CV1
