Overrides in nested prefabs are ignored when importing

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-100900_My projec.zip“ project
2. Open the “Assets/BugReport/VPP Sport Coupe 1.prefab“ Prefab by double-clicking it
3. Select the “Car Audio 1 > Engine“ GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Observe the “Audio Resource” field

Expected result: The “Audio Resource“ is set to “8000-clickfix“
Actual result: The “Audio Resource“ is set to “engine loop“

Reproducible with: 2023.2.12f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 2023.2.11f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (user’s platform), M1 Max MacOS 15.1.1 (tested by CQA)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

    Please fix it quickly It's terrible that I have to fix over 300 prefab varient audiosource one by one
