Override for the constraint's property "Is Active" is lost when upgrading a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “IsActive_Stripped“ project
2. Open the “2021“ scene
3. Select the “TestConstraint“ GameObject
4. Observe the “Is Active” property in Inspector
Expected result: The property is overridden to true
Actual result: The property is defaulted to false
Reproduced in: 2022.1.0a10, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a2
Not reproduced in: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a9
